This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) fully outlines the expectations and guidelines when using district technologies and/or school provided devices.  The Chromebook Contract is for ALL junior high and high school students and parents due to the take home 1:1 Initiative on those campuses.

SISD Electronic Acceptable Use Policy & Contract

The Electronic Protection Plan is available for junior high and high school students and parents to cover electronic device repairs or replacement in the event of accidental damage. The cost for the Protection Plan will be $25 annually for a Chromebook and $35 annually for dual credit laptop with a maximum annual cost of $100 per family.

Those whom choose NOT to take advantage of the Electronic Protection Plan will be responsible for full replacement of the device if damage occurs.
