QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
· Texas Superintendent certificate required
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in education required
· Superintendent experience preferred
· Campus Administration or Central Office experience required
· Residence within Spearman ISD required
· Doctorate degree not required
