If you need assistance completing the online registration, please contact the office at 806-659-2563. There will be computers available in the SJH office if you do not have a device.
Any Spearman High School student who was unable to pick up their schedule and device last week may stop by the
high school on the following days/times:
Tuesday, August 2 - 9:00-11:30
Monday, August 8 - All day
There will be computers available for any parent/student who needs to use one to complete the required online registration process. We will also have office staff available to assist in getting started. We are looking forward to a great school year at SHS!
Are you ready for some football? Two-a-days started today, and the Spearman Lynx are getting ready for a great season. In the words of Superintendent, Dan Gist," It's a great day to be a Lynx!"
To wrap up a great week at cheer camp, the SHS cheerleaders were awarded the overall camp championship trophy. To make things even better, three of our cheer squad members were selected to be All-Americans. Congratulations ladies. Spearman is so proud of you.
Today the SHS cheerleaders won the Gold Superior award at cheer camp. One team out of the six in the group is chosen for this award.
Friday, July 29th is a great day to learn at SISD. Our new staff members came together for the New Staff Orientation. Welcome to the team!
SISD's new staff started out with a great day of learning on Thursday with the Lynx to Learning Academy ( first and second year teachers new to the district). Members are: Saylee Renick (5th Grade Reading), Paul Zybak (Band Director), Antonio Vaughn (HS PE), Reece Shields (Student Teacher), Lauren Meiwes(HS FCCLA), Maia Saenz (JH Social Studies and PE).
To ensure SISD is prepared for an emergency, there will be a helicopter landing practice today at the High School. There is no reason to be alarmed!

Great news at Gus Birdwell Elementary. 104 students have began their online registration for the 2022-2023 school year. There were just a few more documents added yesterday to the registration portal. Please go back in and go through those. It will take about 2 minutes. Thanks for your patience with us this year as we transition to this new system. It's going to be a great year at Spearman ISD!

Spearman High School students in grades 10-12 may pick up their schedules and check out their devices for the 2022-2023 school year according to the following schedule:
Thursday, July 28 - 8:00-11:00 - Seniors
Thursday, July 28 - 1:00 - 4:00 - Juniors
Friday, July 29 - 8:00-11:00 - Sophomores
Tuesday, August 2 - 12:00-4:00 - FISH Camp for Freshmen
Before students may receive their schedules, parents must be registered in the parent portal and the registration paperwork must be completed.
In order to check out their device, students MUST bring the technology form linked below indicating whether or not they accept or decline insurance. This form has to be signed by a parent/guardian. Forms are also available in the high school office for any student who would like to pick up the form.
High School office staff will be available to assist with setting up the portal and registration on the following the days/times:
Tuesday, July 26 from 1:00 - 4:00
Wednesday, July 27 from 1:00 - 4:00
Parents who already have the Parent Portal set up, but do not see a Red Box that says Registration, please contact the high school office to ensure we have the correct email address listed.
