The human development class has been learning about fetal development milestones.

Mrs. Meiwes' class has been learning about service career paths. The students selected a path and created a 3D project that represented the career. They researched the career, salary, and education requirements for the job.

Despite narrowly missing out on advancing, Destinee ran an outstanding race at the XC Regional Meet today. She finished 28th with a time of 13:32. Additionally, Payton had a remarkable performance, setting a personal record of 18:37 and placing 58th

Congratulations to Braylen Lusby for signing with West Texas A&M University (WTAMU) to play basketball. Braylen's family has a legacy at WTAMU where her father, Michael, played football and mother, Jess Anne, played volleyball. We look forward to many more years of watching her play for the Lady Buffs!

Junior High Book Fair 10/30-11/3


The Mighty Lynx Band will compete Saturday, October 28th at 9:30 am in the Area competition at Ratliff Stadium, Odessa, Texas. Good luck band!

The human development class enjoyed a day of learning at West Texas A& M University with Dr Lust from the Ag department and his grad student, Kinleigh. The students looked at embryos, learned how to grade them, roll them, and move them.

Due to the Lynx Marching Band traveling to Oddessa for their competition next Friday, Oct. 27th the Senior Band Parents Night recognition will now be held during halftime tomorrow, October 20th.
Senior Night for football, cheer, and trainers will take place on Friday, October 27th, 2023, immediately following the game.

Join the University Medical Center NEIDS (Nurses Educating on Illegal Drugs and Synthetics) for a discussion on the health risks and dangers of using synthetic compounds and other harmful drugs. The event will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 6:30 pm at the Gruver High School gym.
