The elementary music classroom was full of excitement when students returned from spring break to discover a brand-new carpet! A big shout-out to Anthony's Floor Care for their generous donation and to the SISD maintenance team for expertly installing it. The fresh upgrade added a whole new vibe to the space, making music time even more enjoyable for everyone!

Congratulations to Morgan Earle! She has been selected for the 2024-2025 TABC UIL Girls All-Region Team for 2A Region 1. 🟣⚪️

The SJH GT students recently experienced their very own “Law and Order” at the Hansford County Courthouse. Hansford County Judge Tim Glass along with attorneys Wil McCloy and Caitlin Nichols, created a mock trial complete with judge, jury, prosecuting attorney, defense attorney, witnesses and of course the defendant.
The students had a great time learning trial procedure and the importance of understanding the cornerstone of our judicial system, “Innocent until proven Guilty”.
Unfortunately for the defendant in this trial, he was found guilty by his jury of peers!
The SJH GT students wish to extend a big thank you to Judge Glass and Attorneys McCloy and Nichols for graciously sharing their knowledge with our students. We are so blessed to live in a community that is always willing to give their valuable time for our students.
It was a great experience!
