Today, we proudly honored Gary Ellsworth as the 2025 Lynx Legacy Distinguished Alumni. He and his family celebrated this special recognition surrounded by friends during the pep rally and at a gathering afterward.

On September 17, 2025, the SJH GT students had a fun day gathering interesting facts about the Constitution of the United States of America. The students divided into groups and created a display to share these facts with the students and staff at SJH. They did a super job of planning and creating a great tribute to our U.S. Constitution on Constitution Day.

Join us while we celebrate Gary Ellsworth for being the 2025 Distinguished Alumni recipient at a reception on Friday, September 26th at the Spearman Junior High library following the pep rally (approximately 4:00 pm).
*Attention* The Spearman ISD tennis courts will be closed until further notice for resurfacing. Updated images will be shared throughout the process, and notifications will be sent once the courts are finished and ready to reopen. GBE students in the GT program explored downtown Amarillo on the Hoodoo Mural Art Walk, where they discovered the mural-making process and enjoyed an up-close look at the city's vibrant street art. It was an amazing experience!
