Nurse Sally for provided a CPR basic training for the students in the Adult ESL class.
The SJH GT students visited The Sno Co on Thursday and found it to be quite a "Treat".
Mallary Allen and her brother Matt are the owners of this local business. They gave the students a great tour and presentation explaining how they began this business, and the process involved in making the sno- cones. They are a great brother-sister team that provides Spearman and surrounding areas with some amazing sno-cone choices.
We would like to thank the Allens for allowing us to come visit. It was a "Sweet Treat" for sure for all of us. Be sure to stop by and visit them this summer.

In 2017, Spearman ISD's Hispanic Community Advisory Council set a goal to make families feel valued and informed of family resources. A strategy to help accomplish this goal was to implement an Adult ESL program. The program started in 2018 and has served over 150 students.
A special thank you to the Spearman Community Fund for providing SISD a grant the past several years that nearly covers the cost of the program.
Ms. Hinojos and her students shared a fabulous presentation at the board meeting.

We would like to congratulate Coach Brandon Reagan on being named the Head Football Coach/Boys Coordinator for Spearman ISD. Coach Regan has been coaching the last 10 years and 7 of those years have been spent here in Spearman.
