
New for the 2025-2026 School Year!
In an effort to assist our parents with successfully completing Online Registration and other required beginning of year documentation promptly, Spearman ISD will hold a mandatory Returning Student Registration Fair on Thursday, July 31st between 8:30 and 4:30 in the Rubber Gym located at Spearman Junior High. We will have a make up session on Friday August 1st between 8:30-12:30. Parents are required to attend to ensure all beginning of year documentation is completed before their student(s) can attend school.
**Online Registration through Parent Portal will open Friday, July 25th for those able to complete it on their own. You will still be required to come to the Registration Fair for the campus secretaries to ensure you have it 100% complete. It must be 100% before your child can attend school.
July 31st Schedule:
8:30- 9:45- All students last names A-B
9:45- 11:00- All students last name C-E
11:00- 12:15- All students last name F-H
12:15-1:30- All students last name I-M
1:30-2:45- All students last name N-R
2:45-4:00- All students last name S-Z
4:00-4:30- Make-up
August 1st

Important!
1. Health Services: Current immunizations are required to attend Spearman ISD. You can check the list of required immunization @ https://www.dshs.texas.gov/immunizations/school. Please get your immunization record updated and bring a copy to the Health Services station at the Registration Fair. To request an Immunization Exemption from the state, please go to https://www.dshs.texas.gov/immunizations/school/exemptions and bring the official exemption or a screen shot of it to the Registration Fair.
2. Food Services: The Free and Reduced Lunch Program form is very important to the funding of our school lunch program. We are requiring all parents to complete this form.
3. Technology Services: All 5th graders and dual credit students are required to pay the $25 insurance fee. Students in 6th-12th grade issued chromebooks are highly encouraged to purchase the $25 insurance as well. Please be prepared to pay for your insurance invoice at the Technology Services station at the Registration Fair. Payment must be collected before your child receives a device.
4. Parent Portal login: To speed up the process, please ensure you can successfully login to your Parent Portal account for Online Registration before coming to the Registration Fair. If you experience trouble, we will have staff there to assist you.

Spearman FFA has an excellent opportunity for those looking to get a head start on their green chord hours for the 2025-2026 school year! Gruver FFA and Spearman FFA are accepting donations for those affected by the floods in central Texas. If you would like to help assist with the donation drop offs at Gruver High School this week on Wednesday July 9th, and Friday July 11th Contact Mr. Fifield at 214-794-2995 for more details!!


Gruver FFA and Spearman FFA are accepting donations for those affected by the floods in the form of Walmart/HEB gift cards and Mastercard/visa gift cards. The drop off location for these donations is at Gruver High School. All donations will go directly to those who have been affected by the floods.”


Spearman FFA had a great time at state convention this past week, the students got to experience multiple sessions ran by the state officer team, meet students from all over the state of Texas, and got to experience fun activities all over Fort Worth.
We want to congratulate Emily Hernandez, Novali Regalado, Amos Beck,
And Matt Allen on receiving their Lonestar degrees. The is the highest honor the state association can bestow upon FFA members. Their hard-work, determination, and long hours and involvement in Spearman FFA has paid off!
We are super proud of our 2025-2026 officer team and are excited for what they will accomplish this upcoming school year!
