SISD New Staff Spotlight
Linzi McCubbin is the librarian at Gus Birdwell Elementary (GBE). McCubbin has three children.
She is a Spearman High School graduate and has earned college hours. McCubbin was awarded the EMT of the Year, 2022.
EMT is an area of interest for her as she plans to continue her education and earn her Advanced EMT. She also enjoys crafting and exercise.

The Lynxette Golf Team competed in Hereford Invitational today. The Lynxettes finished 4th as a team!!
Freshman, Izzy Slover shot a PR of 76 and won 1st place overall!! Congratulations girls!!

SISD New Staff Spotlight
Jaimie Saenz teaches sixth grade math at Spearman Junior High (SJH). She joins her mother and two sisters at SISD and has the privilege of working next door to one of her sisters.
While in college, Saenz worked at Gus Birdwell Elementary (GBE) as a paraprofessional.
Saenz is a 2021 Spearman High School graduate and West Texas A &M University graduate in May 2024.
She enjoys spending time with her family.
