Spearman ISD's Lynx to Learning Academy team was recognized at the school board meeting for completing their first year in the program.
"They have been an outstanding group of professionals who have been willing to put up with me all year long! We have had amazing growth, grown as a community of learners, and most of all are friends with one another," stated Mrs. Ramon.

Today we celebrate the amazing contributions that Nurse Sally and Nurse Kelly do at SISD. Sally Swan has been a nurse for twenty-eight years. She is celebrating her twenty-fifth year as a school nurse. Kelly Scroggs is celebrating her eighth year as school nurse at SISD. She has been in nursing for twenty-two years. Happy School Nurse's Day to you!!
Second grade had a fun surprise waiting on them for DEAR Day as their classrooms were decorated in different themes: Starbucks, Camp Out, and the Beach. The students also enjoyed their special readers.
