
SISD Staff Spotlight
Patricia Glasscock is a paraprofessional at Spearman Junior High. She is married to Scott, and they have two children.
Her husband was in the Air Force prior to retirement. They lived in different areas of the country including New York, Louisiana, Florida, and now back to their home state, Texas.
She has worked in child care and education for most of her professional years.
They are enjoying living in the panhandle and will use their free time to explore more of the western U.S. During her free time, she also enjoys gardening, and making tumblers and car freshies.

Digital Citizenship Week 2024 begins on Monday, October 14th, and ends on Friday, October 18th. We can all do our part to teach children how to act safely and ethically online and on their devices. The way kids conduct themselves online impacts their well-being, so it’s important to guide and educate them on how to act responsibly in digital spaces. Topics will be shared with you each day.

SISD Staff Spotlight
Jack Wilkerson teaches 8th grade math and is an assistant coach. He is married to Calli, and they have two daughters. Wilkerson is excited to be working with his father, Chad Wilkerson and grandmother, Linda Wilkerson.
He graduated from Spearman High School and attended West Texas A&M University where he earned his bachelor's degree. While in college, Wilkerson was on the President’s List every semester and was named the All Level SES Outstanding Student, 2024.
His goals include coaching and teaching in Spearman for many years.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and attending church.

SISD Staff Spotlight
Brandy Yelton is the 8th grade reading teacher. She is married to Robert, and they have two children.
She earned her bachelor's degree from West Texas A&M University.
Prior to teaching, she worked for Stinnett ISD as a substitute teacher.

Mrs Cardenas made learning fun with vocabulary and creativity. The students in the newcomers class had an opportunity to hunt for the perfect leaves to create an amazing animal.






The Lynxette Golf team competed in the Dumas Invitational and brought home the first place trophy!!! Freshman, Izzy Slover, won first place overall with a score of 80. Today Acey Womble, Alayna Schneider, and Jaslene’s Baca shot their personal best!!
