September 19th was IT Professional's Day. Kristin Shieldknight and Claudia Soto work hard every day to meet the needs of the staff and students. SISD has a 1:1 device initiative for students in grades K-12. In 2022, the wireless infrastructure was upgraded to support 1:1 and state mandated online testing. Students learn how to use multiple types of hardware/programs for coursework throughout their time at SISD.
Many upgrades have been implemented: Windows 11 requirements, security cameras, smart boards to promethean boards in classrooms, and network switches to name a few.
Our technology department works well together. They are efficient and manage a number of technology tickets daily.
Help us celebrate these ladies for a job well done!

There will be a senior parent meeting tonight at the Spearman High School auditorium. Parents may choose to attend at either 4:00 or 6:00. The presentation will include important information to assist students and parents in having a successful senior year. See you tonight!
